Quick and easy apple-banana pie

Just to make the blog sweeter, I'm posting my favourite easy-made dessert:

                                          Ingredients

1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
2 medium red apples
2 medium bananas
20-30 raisins
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of water
vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream
some walnuts

Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients until they form a soft dough. In the meantime, peel off the fruit and cut them in thin slices. Place the fruit in a buttered pan and above them, place the dough like grated cheese. Add some brown sugar, again, and then the water. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and bake the mixture on 180-200 Celcium Degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve the hot mixture with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Starting something new...

I was sitting on my couch just watching fashion and cooking blogs, after I had finished watching the latest "Game Of Thrones" episode and decided to start something new that would not include studying and exercising. That's how I started this blog. I only hope I can keep up writing on it as I work too many hours as a pharmacist and attend medical school as well.
